Whisper Blouse - Wardrobe by Me Whisper blouse and dress sewing pattern is an uncomplicated, relaxed-fitting garment designed for Double Gauze fabric. Choose either the boat neckli ne or the round neckline with a button placket. Make either a blouse or a dress, and choose the straight sleeve in 7/8, 3/4, or elbow length, or the fuller sleeve with a sleeve tab. SKILL LEVEL 1/4 This is a project fit for an advanced beginner.
