The Whistler Trilogy - Double Oaked The Whistler Double Oaked is a hand selected, premium Irish whiskey expression that is crafted in small batches using some of Ireland’s finest malt and grain whiskeys. The blend is 20% single malt (malted barley) whiskey and 80% grain (corn) whiskey. Our Head Distiller selects the finest malt whiskey and grain whiskey matured in ex-bourbon barrels and marries them together in ex-sherry barrels to finish this exquisite blend. 70CL. 40% ABV. Nose: Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts.
