Made with a minimal intervention approach using traditional methods and aged in French oak, the 2021 Whistling Eagle 'Eagles Blood' Shiraz is another stunning expression of Heathcote's ancient Cambrian soils and unique terroir. A striking bright purple colour in the glass, the palate features a generous array of blackberry, dark cherry and blueberry flavours with a touch of spice and well measured quality oak playing a support role.
