Greenish-yellow skin with amber pulp. White Genoa Figs have a distinctive sweet flavor enjoyed fresh or dried. Not recommended for very hot or humid climates, as it has a large open eye that can cause it to spoil in wet summers. Tend to crop twice, one light breba crop and a heavy late crop. Height at maturity: 10'-15' in the ground, but can be kept smaller with pruning or if kept in containers You can prune a White Genoa Fig tree to any shape. Self-fruitful Zones 7-10.
