In this project, we are really concentrating on very soft shadows to depict the white petals against the white paper. Take this project slowly and observe the very gentle changes i n shade, allowing lots of time for everything to dry and perfecting as you go. This is a really pretty flower with a very unusual centre and would be perfect for a study page of flowers. Perhaps you have some beautiful Hibiscus where you live? Could you possibly add some beautiful colourful varieties to sit alongside? Painting white flowers is a bit of an obsession for me, and I'm hoping I can make it one for you, too.
