We focus on designing high-performance, lightweight gear built for demanding outdoor conditions. The Tournament Hat was engineered for those who value technical features and reliable functionality. The Tournament Series Hat is built for performance. Its nylon-based fabric offers a significant upgrade over standard cotton, making it lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying. Unlike traditional cotton hats, the Pro Series resists sweat stains and holds its shape after washing or submersion. To reduce weight and increase airflow, we laser-cut circular vents into the back and side panels. The result is a hat that fits similarly to the classic Richardson 112 but is significantly lighter—one reason many customers choose it as their go-to. Our Tournament Series Hats are made from a technical nylon/spandex blend, offering a lightweight, non-absorbent alternative to traditional cotton hats.
