How to use: Please note that it may take some adjustment getting used to the feeling of the spikes, start out with a thin cloth over your mat. Back massage; Place your Chakra-mat on a sofa, bed or floor - bear in mind the harder the surface the deeper the massage, we suggest starting on a softer surface and using a thin sheet or similar until your body gets familiar with Acupressure. Slowly lie on the mat, if you have the pillow place this under the nape of your neck, if not you may use a small pillow of your own for comfort - the Chakra-mat should cover your whole back. Relax for 10-20 minutes. Getting rid of tension and aches and pains generally takes around 10 minutes but we are all different! You can if required wash the outer cover in warm soapy water, if your mat iv old and the spikes need cleaning use an old toothbrush to gently clean the Lotus spikes.
