White Moonlight is a cultivar of Camellia Assamica produced in the highlands of Lincang, Yunnan at an altitude of 1500m. Only the tender bud and two leaves are picked, ensuring exceptional quality. Take a close look at our bar, and you’ll see the silvery buds peeking through the darker leaves. Minimal processing and low oxidation preserve this tea's natural freshness. The dry leaves offer a warm apricot scent and brew into a light golden liquor. The tea offers notes of fresh stonefruit, honey, and a subtle floral complexity.
