Designed by long-term breeders of colubrid snakes with welfare in mind. The dark top section allows a feeling of security to reduce stress, while the clear plastic base allows easy viewing of the animal without having to routinely disturb them. The hide has an enlarged entrance to prevent snakes from becoming stuck and a removable base, so the top half can be used as a regular hide structure outside of breeding season.
