The Ortega White Sapote produces oval shaped fruit with a delicious, sweet flavour. Ortega is a more compact tree than other cultivars with a somewhat weeping branched habit. A con sistent mid to late season cropper. Otrega flowers over a long period makes it an excellent pollinator for other varieties.
