How to use: Please note that it may take some adjustment getting used to the feeling of the spikes, start out with a thin cloth over your pillow and mat. Cleaning my Chakra-mat or pillow: Bear in mind that your Chakra-mat or pillow is hand crafted from natural hypoallergenic fibres so the inside should not need cleaning - you can refresh it by removing the inner coconut mattress and airing it outside, and the inner white cotton covering of your pillow can also be aired outside. You can if required wash the outer cover in warm soapy water, if your mat iv old and the spikes need cleaning use an old toothbrush to gently clean the Lotus spikes. Dry flat outside or inside.
