PECORINO E TARTUFO: Pecorino is the classical Italian cheese from sheep and our Pecorino e Tartufo is definitively one of my favourite products! We make the pecorino creamy, add th e black truffles and the final result is just delicious. My recommendation: Make a creamy white pasta sauce, add the Pecorino e Tartufo and in the end mix everything with the fresh pasta in the pan - simple, but so good!
