White Walker (Dorbz/GoT) Funko Prototype * Dorbz will be shipped first class not double boxed PLEASE READ: Whenever you are purchasing prototypes please make sure they are coming from legitimate sources. If you have any questions about prototypes or are new to collecting them, we recommend the Facebook group: Funko Protos 101. There you can find many long time prototype collectors that can offer advice/help about all things Funko prototype related. *All In-Stock POP!'s $39.99 and up and 4" Pre-Orders regardless of price will receive Smeye Popshields at no extra cost! You can add protectors for $1 a POP! at check out on all other 4" POP!'s (Only applies to standard 4" Single POP! size). Pre-Order Policy When you Pre-Order something at most Ma & Pa shops that means that we directly order on your behalf, therefore ALL Pre-Orders are non-refundable/non-transferable. We wish we could be more flexible on this but it would cause us a lot of commotion and footing bills we never intended on. The benefit to this is it is a binding agreement on our side too. Sometimes the dates can be subject to change here and there but we do 100% guarantee that item or set coming solely for you. We have had nearly 5,000 transactions and maintain great feedback/report on social media. Another benefit is that we inspect your boxes and put all Pre-Orders in complementary Popshields! Lastly PLEASE order on separate orders if you are ordering either In-Stock items or Pre-Orders with vastly different release dates if you really want the early one first. If ORDERED ON THE SAME TICKET it will ship when the last item becomes available. Our profits can be extremely small sometimes and we can not afford to ship multi-item orders separately. Return Policy Our official return policy is no returns, unless it’s something we screwed up on. If something is damaged in the mail, unfortunately many times we do not have a replacement. You can add insurance via usps or email us: [email protected], if you have special requests or questions. We do pack with extra strength boxes/bubble and when you get to know us you will see there are case by case situations where we do make exceptions. We are kind people and if you treat us with the honesty and respect we intend to treat you with, we will do our best to make you happy. In-Stock Policy All sales are also final here as they often will be prepped for shipping upon ordering. If you have made a mistake and quickly email us or contact us on social media, we may be able to offer some assistance but in general returns are just extremely taxing on a small business. We try our very best to ensure top quality and 99% of our customers are top quality themselves. This is a community and we’re here to look out for you but we hope you’re here to have our back as well. Thank you for ordering from Smeye World!
