When I woke up in the morning, I could instantly see something was different in the room. It was the light. It was much brighter than it normally is. I turned my head and looked ou t the window, and what a sight. Everything outside was covered in snow – this is very unusual in Denmark. Out of bed, breakfast, making coffee, packing the photo bag and then off to the meadow nearby.I have often seen the whooper swans in this area and as I was getting closer, I crossed my fingers for my luck.And the luck was in my favour - what a magnificent landscape.As I was sitting there in the snow, having my coffee, I could hear flying swans. The air was full of ice crystals, and I could barely see the white birds as they were passing me with their melodic sound and all their elegance and beauty.Frame and passepartout are not included!
