Whiting's Schlappen feathers are used on streamers and baitfish patterns. These are especially useful for flies tied for pike, muskie, bass and other predatory species. The wide, w ebby, and durable qualities of these feathers also make them ideal for tying saltwater patterns. Schlappen is considered a must have for those tying any sort of popper fly!
