Steaks have 2 in each package and are cut at 1" thick. Roasts are packaged in weights of 3-5 pounds each. Ground beef is 1 pound per package. A whole beef is a total of 360 pounds of meat. All meat has a 14 day dry age and placed in vacuum sealed packaging.
