Hand Carved Your Way. Each cut will be hand-carved to your specifications by Jones Farm Meat, our processor. Each package is then vacuum sealed to preserve the quality of freshness, along with the robust flavor. They will place our Heaven Sent Farms label on each package with the product name and the weight of each cut. You are in control of how your meat is hand-carved. Your choice of what steaks you prefer, how thick to have them cut, and the # of steaks per package. Cuts: Prime Rib, Ribeyes, Short Ribs, Roasts, Sirloin Bone-in Option: T-Bone, Porterhouse, and Tenderloin. Bone-out Option: New York Strip & Tenderloins. (Options: 1/2 bone-in; other 1/2 boneless) More Cuts: Stew Meat, Round Steak, Sirloin Tip Steak, Brisket, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Short Ribs, Ground Beef, and Patties. Other Options: Liver, Heart, Tongue, Tail, Beef Suet, Soup bones, and Beef bones/marrow (canoe or cross-cut) If it so happens, there might be a certain cut of meat that you don't want; this is where you have the option to grind it into the ground burger. You have the option to grind some, most, or all of your beef, if you so desire. Example steak burgers. The Process... 1. Add your choice of Meat Package to your cart. 2. Place a deposit to reserve your Meat Package Order. 3. An automated email will be sent out to you for your purchase. I will also send you a Thank You email. 4. I will notify you when your animal is taken to Jones Farm Meats. A follow-up email will be sent the following week regarding the necessary information to proceed with your cut sheet instructions. (Note: Customer is responsible for the processing fees.) There is a 21-day hang time for the aging process to occur. During this time, I will provide you with a blank cut sheet that you can use. Also, I usually provide a recent customer's cut sheet to give you some ideas on what to expect. This will be when you'll either call Jones Farm Meats or use their website to place your cut order with them. I suggest calling, so if you do have questions, they can answer them at that moment. They are knowledgeable and helpful with this cut process. 5. When this product is finished, we will inform you that your order is done. I will ask you to provide the days and times that will work best for free home delivery. At this time, I will send your invoice via email. 6. We will pick up your order from Jones and make the delivery free of charge to your door/freezer at the time you requested. At this time, you'll also get your cut sheet back from the processor. 7.
