This will be broken up into approximately: 40% ground beef (160 pounds) 30% steak cuts (120 pounds) 30% slow cook cuts (120 pounds) (roasts, brisket, stew meat, short ribs, etc) A whole beef can feed a family of 4, 4 times a week, for a year! No need to worry about what's for dinner, you'll always have a nutrient dense protein source right at your finger tips! What type of freezer will I need? A deep freezer of roughly 20 cubic feet. This will allow extra space to organize and move things around as needed. All products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.
