We reserve one of our premium angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($3750). Once that is settled, we'll be in touch to arrange delivery. A whole beef includes: Approximately 450lbs. of our premium pasture-raised and grass-finished beef. We have two cut options for you: The Ranch House: Generous Roasts: Enjoy an array of hearty roasts, including chuck, brisket, and round, ideal for slow cooking, pot roasts, or festive gatherings. Savory Cuts: Savor flavorful cuts like flank and skirt steak, perfect for fajitas or stir-fries, ensuring you have versatile options for every meal. Premium Ground Beef: A substantial portion of high-quality ground beef is included, perfect for burgers, meatballs, or hearty casseroles. Top-Notch Steaks: Round out your selection with a few premium steaks, including rib-eyes and sirloins, perfect for grilling or special occasions. Farm-Fresh Quality: Our beef is sourced from local farms, pasture-raised, and free from antibiotics and hormones, guaranteeing exceptional taste and quality. The Cattleman's Choice: Steak Variety: Enjoy a diverse selection of mouthwatering steaks, including ribeyes, sirloins, T-bones, and filet mignon, perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or slow-cooking. Limited Roasts: While the focus is on steak, you’ll still receive a couple of high-quality roasts ideal for special occasions or hearty family dinners. Ground Beef: A portion of premium ground beef is included for your favorite burgers, meatballs, or hearty sauces. Farm-Fresh Quality: Our beef is pasture-raised and free from antibiotics and hormones, ensuring the highest quality meat. The Cattleman's Choice, in grain finished or grass finished, is a culinary delight. Organ meats are available by special request. Pricing: Place your whole beef deposit today for $1500. Pay the rest ($3750) when your beef is ready. Total amount: $5,250. Freezer Space: This whole beef share will require approx. 20 cubic ft. of freezer space. Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, USDA-processed, and labeled. Delivery: Once the final amount is settled, we'll be in touch to arrange delivery.
