With bulk beef, we are offering you the same great cuts of beef at a bulk buying discount! Bulk beef, including this product, is sold by the hanging weight or "dressed weight.'" Once the animal is "dressed," hanging weight is typically 800-850 lbs for a full beef. Your final weight after the carcass has been processed and packaged is roughly 55% of the hanging weight. To lock in your bulk beef, all we require is a $600 deposit and to fill out the beef cut sheet, we take care of the rest! When the hanging weight is know, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Once it is paid in full we will send you the details on picking up your beef. Final price estimates include processing/cut & wrap fee. All beef is vacuum sealed. Your beef will dry age for a minimum of 21 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup/delivery about 3-4 weeks after the initial processing date.
