Our next dates for our Northern California whole animal harvest will be in June of 2027. Paying your deposit now will reserve your beef. Deposit: $500.00 Whole beef price per lb carcass: $4.60 (Carcasses weigh 650-750 lbs), plus harvest fee and butchering. Beef is harvested on the ranch and taken to Country Butcher in Linda, Ca for cut and wrap. Approximate finished beef 400-450 lbs. All beef will be frozen, and must be picked up at the butcher.
