When purchasing a hog, this ensures you are on our list to receive a hog. We will deliver the hog to the processor. You will pay the processing fee to Heritage Meats in Leoti, Kans as upon pick up of your meat. You must call the processor to give cutting instructions- you may select two types of sausage.
