Our 100% grassfed, grass-finished beef oxtail is perfect for slow roasting in stews. The meat is tender and very flavorful. Our butcher didn't slice the recent oxtail, so you'll ge t the whole tail in one piece! Sorry, but this time you'll need to cut it to use it! (We'll give the butcher clearer instructions next time.)
