Pa ying your deposit now will reserve your pig. Deposit: $250.00 Whole pig price per lb carcass: $5.50 (Carcasses weigh 175-225 lbs), plus harvest fee and butchering. Our pigs are harvested on the ranch and taken to Country Butcher in Linda, Ca for cut and wrap. Approximate finished pork will be 130-150 lbs.
