The Wide Input SHIM accepts power from 12V barrel jack supplies, bench power supplies, or battery packs, and converts it to the 5V your Pi needs. The ultra-thin SHIM format (0.8mm PCB) solders directly to your Pi's GPIO pins and is slim enough to stack HATs and pHATs on top.
