The Widmer Family has been making cheese for over 100 years and this cheese is an outstanding aged cheddar. It is very sharp, dry, with a slight crumbly texture. Made by Master Che ese Maker Joey Widmer in Theresa Wisconsin. It is our sharpest cheddar and is great served with apples, salami and makes a beautiful sandwich.
