Your installation appointment cannot be booked until your wig has been dropped off and received by our team. Wigs must be dropped off at least three days before your scheduled installation appointment. If your wig is not dropped off within this timeframe, your service may be delayed or rescheduled. Please ensure your wig is clean, brushed, and in a protective bag/packaging when dropping it off. You will receive a follow-up email once we have received your wig, including a private booking link to select your final service appointment after your wig has been received. Please ensure your natural hair is clean, dry, and braided before your appointment. If you require braiding services, please arrange this before coming for your installation. Arrive on time to ensure we can complete your service within the 2-hour timeframe.
