If hair is provided by the customer, the hair will be subject to a strand bleach test. In the event that the hair does not pass the required level of lift, the customer will be informed and suggested an alternative colour formula based on the customer's approval and/or preference. We have the right to decline the fulfillment of this service if we believe that the hair's integrity will be compromised as we use professional products that require the state of the hair to be healthy. In this case, the customer will be refunded but will cover the cost of shipping for return.
