Choose Wig Construction Only (ie. “Wig Construction Only” service is great for Beauties who are getting their fully constructed wig installed by a stylist who includes styling and customization with their install, OR Beauties who would like to style and customize their unit themselves. If you wish to use hair from an outside source, please fully read and follow the hair and shipping guidelines below. • Bundles must be CLEAN, THREAD FREE, UN-CUT wefts, and LABELED. • NEW Closures are accepted only. • Thick hairline lace and low-quality lace (ie. beauty supply, synthetic, etc) are NOT accepted and will be returned if you choose to add full customization and styling. *Please understand that if you provide your own bundles, lace, or wig that is not provided by TBT, we are subject to returning your hair to you and refunding your service fee if the hair does not follow our guidelines upon receiving and inspecting it. Shipping Information We will provide your shipping label via email within 24 business hours of your Wig Service order. • Please ship your CLEAN, THREAD FREE, UN-CUT, LABELED bundles using the shipping label that we will provide by email within 24 hours of purchase.• Add a note with your package specifying your full name and order # (you willreceive a confirmation email with your order # after you complete your purchase.)• Using the provided shipping label is MANDATORY.
