The wig spa is designed to give your unit a reset when it feels greasy and weighed down from products, or starts to look dry and dull. Your unit will be restored to the soft and flowy state that keeps you falling in love with your reflection. Spa Services Include: 💜 Clarifying cleanse to remove buildup 💜 Deep conditioning treatment to restore moisture and softness 💜 Restyling so it arrives ready to wear Please note that the wig spa does not include any color services, customization, lace replacements or wig reconstruction. Send in Process 1) Book your wig spa service. Once your purchase is complete you will receive shipping instructions and location. 2) Prepare your wig for shipping. Package your wig and include a note with your name and order number. 3) Ship your wig. Mail your unit to the provided address. Provide us with the tracking number via email ([email protected]). 4) Wig therapy. Once your wig arrives, the spa services will be completed. You will be contacted via email if additinal services are required to restore your unit. Turn around time is 5 - 10 business days. 5) Receive your refreshed unit. Once the services are complete, your unit will be shipped back to the address entered at the time of your order. The cost of shipping your wig back to you is included in the wig spa price. A tracking number will be provided.
