Please Note: If you are sending in a previously worn unit, it must be free of grease, residue, and product buildup. Wig styling does not include shampooing or deep-conditioning services. How It Works 1. Place Your Order – After checkout, you'll receive an email with the shipping address for sending your unit. 2. Send Your Wig – Ship your clean, ready-to-style unit to the provided address. 3. Processing Time – Styling requires 5 business days from the moment we receive your package. 4. Additional Services – For lace replacement or custom coloring, please allow an additional 2 business days. Important Notes • We do not accept unsanitary, clumped, or severely matted wigs.• Shipping and billing addresses must match.• Due to the customized nature of this service, all sales are final.• All outgoing shipments include signature confirmation for added security.• Hair is not included. Please provide your own bundles and lace when applicable.
