Inspired by the W.B. Yeats poem He wishes for the cloths of Heaven. W.B. Yeats' poem is a paean to the strength embodied in humility and how love comes wrapped in generosity. Had I the heavens’ embroidered cloths,Enwrought with golden and silver light,The blue and the dim and the dark clothsOf night and light and the half light,I would spread the cloths under your feet:But I, being poor, have only my dreams;I have spread my dreams under your feet;Tread softly because you tread on my dreams. This is an original design by artist Nadia Corridan, carved by Adam Grabski, which has a carefully polished pure bronze finish with a ceramic resin cold cast pouring and was then framed at the Wild Goose studio in Kinsale.
