Wild Impact is our collaboration with Strangebird Beer that's been years in the making. A 50/50 blend of Strangebird wood aged sour beer with Industrial Arts Impact. Dominated by t ropical fruit aromas such as lychee and pineapple, stone fruits like peach and gooseberry, with some slight aromas of sauvignon blanc. The taste is constructed with a prominent complex acidity with a slight sweetness from the addition of Impact to the blend. Show more
