A very bushy shrub with dark green leaves. White scented flowers are produced in summer, that are then followed by small black berries in the autumn. Great for use as hedging or as a natural privacy screen. Growing Conditions: Grows well in most well-drained or moist but well-drained soil. Likes either a sunny or partial shade position. Value To Wildlife: Attracts bees, beneficial insects, butterflies​, ​moths and other pollinators. Provides coverage for sheltering and nesting birds.
