Allium tricoccum. A delicious native perennial, with a unique garlicky-onion flavour. $10 per pot with 3 larger or 5 smaller bulbs (note that ramp bulbs are generally quite small). Ramps they need a fairly specific environment - they thrive under large hardwood trees, in moist, fertile soil, and a patch does take a while to establish. Please only order if you have such a spot and patience! When harvesting, only harvest 1 leaf per plant, leaving the bulb to mature further.
