Join us at Bothy Distillery to learn how to identify and sustainably forage these delicate berries. Guests will gather around our Forager’s Table, with a rustic spread of freshly picked berries and seasonal ingredients inspired by the landscape around us. Here you’ll transform your wild raspberries into a vibrant raspberry syrup while learning traditional techniques for preserving summer fruit. The experience concludes with a relaxed Bothy Board dessert, showcasing how these bright berry flavours pair beautifully with local produce.
