We add wild rice to this classic, smoked Midwestern brat. INGREDIENTS: pork, water, boiled wild rice and less than 2% of: salt, sugar, spices, sodium nitrite. Pork in a natural hog casing. Contains nitrate. Does not contain MSG. Fully cooked (smoked), ready to eat cold or hot. Best served grilled in a bun. One order includes four links (about 1 pound total). Keep refrigerated.
