The wild roses growing through hedgerows feel magical to me at all times of the year. Wild Rose brings the blooms and fruits together with an old style key to evoke fairy stories a nd magic. This is an original limited edition of 20, printed in a soft sage green reminiscent of Cotswold greens. Hand printed from a hand carved lino block on 130g Snowdon cartridge which is a lovely soft white with slight texture. The print is mounted ready for you to print in your own frame. This 7x5” image is mounted into a 10x8” Larson-Juhl acid-free bevel edge mount in Snow White, ready for you to frame in a standard 10x8” frame. The mount is complete with an acid-free backing board, and will be delivered to you in a protective cellophane wrapper complete with Raw Alchemy branding, making it ideal for gifting. Prints and colour may have subtle variation due to the hand made nature of the printing process which makes each print one of a kind.The small marks and flecks of the print are known as ‘chatter’ and are characteristic of linocuts.
