It is knit flat from end to end using straight or circular needles. A slip stitch edge is used for a polished finish. Instructions are both written and charted making this pattern ideal for knitters who are new to working cables. GAUGE 24 sts and 28 rows = 4" / 10 cm in cable pattern on Main Fabric Needle, after wet-blocking Exact gauge is not vital. If you prefer a drapier fabric, increase your needles by one size.
