Remove sponge from water and press sponge between your hands to release any excess water. Do not twist, wring, or stretch your sponge. Step 2: Cleanse Dampen your skin with warm water. Gently move the damp sponge in a circular motion across your skin. Works effectively with or without the use of a cleanser. Step 3: Rinse Rinse sponge after each use.
