The Zurn Wilkins 720A 2" Pressure Vacuum Breaker (PVB) provides reliable backflow protection for high‑hazard, non‑potable irrigation and landscape systems. Built with a cast-bronze body and serviceable components, the 720A is designed for durability, freeze resistance, and easy field maintenance. Model: 720A — Size: 2" (also available 1/2"–2`). Maximum working pressure: 150 PSI; maximum working temperature: 110°F; hydrostatic test pressure: 300 PSI. Construction: main valve body and bonnet cast bronze (ASTM B584); stainless-steel fasteners and springs; silicone and Buna-N elastomers; polypropylene/Delrin internal components. Includes full-port inlet and outlet shutoff valves, two centerline test cocks, loaded-air inlet and approved check valve for backsiphonage protection. Standards and approvals: ASSE 1020 listed, IAPMO and CSA certified; approved by USC Foundation for Cross-Connection Control and Hydraulic Research. Designed for non-potable irrigation and commercial/residential landscape applications where high-hazard protection is required. Field serviceable: removable bonnet and available repair kits (for 1-1/4"–2" sizes) allow in-place servicing without removing the assembly from the line. Install the 720A a minimum of 12 inches above the highest downstream outlet and avoid locations subject to back-pressure or flooding.
