This shirt is hand crafted using official William Morris 'Compton' fabric. The pattern is of beautiful, autumnal foliage, with small flowers and leaves winding around each other. W illiam Morris has been a great inspiration to clothing designers over the years and his other-wordly designs continue to fascinate. The Compton kaftan has a stand up mandarin style collar and slightly flared sleeves. It has been designed to have a sleek slim fit which accentuates the waist and produces a flattering, contemporary outline. The collars on these kaftans are designed to be larger that normal shirts, to ensure a more comfortable fit.
