Our Mixed Cases allow you to choose the beers you prefer. Wimbledon Lager 4.8% Our English lager is both flavoursome and refreshing. The crisp palate of this unfiltered Helles style lager is overlaid with a blend of classic and contemporary hop varieties giving hints of melon and stone fruits on the aroma and a clean zesty bite on the palate. Wimbledon Pale Ale 4.2% Grapefruit, papaya, tropical aromas coupled with lemon and lime citrus notes shine through this modern pale ale. Utilising our classic malt blend and West Coast American yeast here is a sessional pale ale that punches above its weight. In some instances we will send Plough Lane Pale Ale 4.2%. Wimbledon IPA 6.2% An 1800’s-style India Pale Ale, conceived by our Master Brewer, Derek Prentice, who called on 50 years’ brewing experience making iconic English beer styles. English hops, malts and brewing techniques bear out a memorable brew. Initial fruity, spicy, floral hop aromas lead to a full, rich, fruit cake middle palate, ending with a clean, dry, bitter finish. Wimbledon Westie 5.5% This classic West Coast IPA pays homage to the style which kicked off the American Craft Beer Revolution. Kaiser Vienna Lager 5.0% Extra Pale and classic Vienna malt ensures the body of th beer is light. Vienna malt brings a hint of colour and a touch of sweetness. Perle, Spalter and Mandarina Barvaria hops feature in this rendition of the Vienna Lager style, bringing hints of hop spice and a light touch of citrus. This lager has a crisp, clean and dry finish. Cascadia West Coast Pale Ale 4.8% This West Coast pale ale has a round smooth malt base with the malts supplying colour, sweetness, and hints of spice. Generously hopped with Cascade, Centennial and a touch of Citry to add pine and resin notes with a bitter bite on the finish.
