Winchester Whisky Cask 001 is the first whisky ever released by the distillery, created exclusively for our whisky crowd-funding investors. Drawn from a single carefully chosen cas k and bottled in a strictly limited run, it captures the early house style we’re developing: clean, soft, lightly oaked and confidently crafted. This is whisky made with transparency and intent - no blending, no shortcuts, just the spirit as it matured.
