WING FOILING LESSON In this 2-hour lesson you will use your wing surfing skills on the smaller wing foiling kit and learn how to use the wind to power up onto the foil and get flying! Learn about how the foil works, how your foot and weight placement makes all the difference and get used to small controlled flights on the foil. It is a pre-requisite that you have either completed the wing intro lesson with us, or elsewhere tried winging on a standard windsurf or paddleboard, and are comfortable standing and wing surfing across the water. This lesson focuses on using your skills learnt previously to get up onto the foil. Hopefully through the 2-hour lesson you will get some nice steady flights up on the foil and get comfortable with the feeling of flying above the water. As with all wind sports, this can depend on the consistency and strength of the winds on the day. Conditions suitable for this session are light to moderate winds up to 25knots, preferrably an on-shore wind direction. If the session you book is not within these parameters, we will call you to rebook so we can make the most of your time! We only offer a private 1:1 option for the wing foil in which you can get a more personal and direct teaching from the instructor. It allows the instructor to follow you around the water and help you stay in the correct safe area as when not on the foil it can be hard to go upwind.
