Artisan Cotton by Another Point of View is a cross-dyed "quilter's weight" cotton that acts as a solid but has more depth. Good saturated colours work as strong neutrals or on thei r own as garment fabrics. I have to say, I find these a little heavier than most quilting cottons. They still make beautiful quilts, but I would strongly recommend them for garment sewing. They're just enough weight to make a great dress or tunic, and the colours are so gorgeous. Spark - Experiment! Try something new in your quilting, or make a pretty tunic for fall (that's my plan). Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments.
