About Windrush Organic Callum and Sarah Linklater are second-generation organic growers based in Marlborough. Callum's father Bill began the family's organic farming journey with sheep and beef in Otago, questioning the need for chemicals that hadn't been required in earlier generations. When the family moved to Marlborough in 2008, organic certification followed naturally. Windrush is the name of the family's first vineyard. The Linklaters grow Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc across certified organic vineyards surrounding Renwick, producing single-vineyard wines that reflect both the place and their deep commitment to organic farming.
