The Deck-Kit CORE consists of prefabricated marine deck panels manufactured with a 4 mm teak-coloured polyurethane surface, designed to deliver the appearance of traditional teak with significantly reduced maintenance. Two installation configurations are available: • Direct bonding panels, supplied without backing and intended to be bonded directly to the prepared deck surface.• Panels with backing, where the polyurethane surface is permanently bonded to a 4 mm structural backing panel, providing additional rigidity and easier handling during installation. The panels are factory-calafated with black polyurethane seams, delivering a clean, durable and low-maintenance finish designed specifically for fixed cockpit seating areas. Each panel is CNC-cut for precision fit, ensuring consistent tolerances, fast installation and a professional result without on-site fabrication. When supplied with the backing panel, the structure provides enhanced dimensional stability and moisture resistance in marine environments, while the polyurethane deck surface offers excellent grip, UV resistance and comfort underfoot. This kit is supplied ready for installation and is ideal for refit projects and series boats requiring a modern teak-look cockpit seating solution with improved durability and minimal maintenance compared to natural wood.
