A true champagne and the flagship wine of R.Pouillon, representing their philosophy and the terroir of Marne Valley. Made with respect for nature via regenerative viticulture, some what experimental winemaking.Grande Vallée is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 20% Meunier. Vinified in new and old oak barrels, small vats and aged on the lees for 24 months. Rich flavours of grapefruit, peach and hints of oak complemented by delicate mousse.
