Pinot Noir - This wine displays black cherry, strawberry, liquorice and brown spice characters that are medium to light in feel but energetic and long in flavour. Soft integrated tannins provide breadth while a bright acidity drives the fresh finish. Blanc de blancs - This Blanc de Blancs is picked earlier for a lighter more moderate wine that makes it perfect for a brunch. Bright, light, fruity and fizzy it has celebration written all over it. Rose - Very pale pink in colour, sitting well within the classic Provence “pale and dry” spectrum. The nose is aromatic and sweetly perfumed with aromas of strawberries and rose petals. The palate is a revelation compared to previous vintages, elegant and effortless with light berry and candied fruit drop flavours lingering long on a soft, dry finish. Pinot Gris - exudes varietal aromas of Nashi pear and hints of spice. The palate shows good texture with a clean citrus flavour and a nice grip on the finely balanced finish Everything except prosecco - alcohol-free option! The perfect celebration bubble with none of the headache. It boasts a vibrant and full-flavoured dry profile with fine bubbles and a crisp citrus flavour.
